抽油机超高转差率变频调速电动机的应用效果研究

- 超高转差率电动机作为抽油机驱动电动机是提高抽油机系统效率的主要措施之一,具有转子电阻大、启动力矩大、启动电流小、机械特性软等特点,经过现场进行超高转差率电动机安装前后对比测试、分析,应用超高转差率电动机后有功节电率为7.15%、无功节电率34.71%、综合节电率9.14%,提高了系统效率。对设备起到了保护作用,减少了设备维修、更换费用,也减少了停井时间,具有良好的综合经济效益,是抽油机较理想的驱动设备。
Ultra high slip motor drive motor as a pumping well is one of the main measures to improve the efficiency of the pumping well system, has a large rotor resistance, high starting torque, small startup current, and mechanical properties of soft characteristics, through the field contrast test before and after high slip motor installation and analysis of active power saving rate of7.15% after the application of ultra high slip motor, reactive power saving rate is 34.71%, comprehensive power saving rate is 9.14%, improve the efficiency of the system. Is to protect the function of equipment, reduce the equipment maintenance, replacement cost, also can reduce the time of stopping well, has good comprehensive economic benefit, is ideal for pumping well driven equipment.
